Airfoil is awesome. As per below, it allows you to wirelessly stream audio from say a machine running Airfoil to say an iOS device running the free Airfoil Speakers app. Worth the $25 in my view but you can try it free for 10 minutes before noise is overlaid over the transmission. -

Hi. I'd learn to use quicknav. You can activate this by pressing both the left and right arrow keys at the same time. If you've used an iPhone with a wireless keyboard before, the commands will be very similar. There is a decent amount about quicknav in the VO help activated with VO question
