Every time I try to log into the m.facebook.com site, when entering my
password, safari goes crazy as soon as I press the first key and acts like I'm
holding down the key and enters a zillion keystrokes. It's like the key press
is stuck in the down position. I have to command tab away from
open the app, then go to the dock and locate it there. Next, open the context
menu with VO shift m and find the options submenu. in there is the option to
keep in dock.

You misunderstood his question. He wasn't asking how to remove something from
the doc; rather, he was asking how to put something on the doc. Just press
shift+cmd+t to do this.

field or document.
Open the message, and use the arrow keys + shift to select the text. Adding
