Is there any way to get VO not to say Selected before every picker item? It's
beyond annoying. This only seems to happen in IOS 7.1.1. It can say Selected
after the item but if you need to say, set a time, getting the minutes correct
can be tedium.

I've actually never seen this done. I believe that if you adjust the volume,
it is going to affect both sets of speakers simultaneously. I don't think that
this can be separately controlled.
