Hmm. I've never had either of those issues. Another thing that Afik suggested is unchecking the checkbox--also under Energy Saver in System Prefs--that says Put Hard Disk to Sleep when Possible. Perhaps that would solve your Apple TV issue? Also, on apple TV, I've started watching my
