Hi, I used to have this happen all the time, especially in Mojave. It has fixed itself for me in Big Sur. If you are actually in Big Sur, then I suggest you restart your Mac. Also, if you have multiple Google services on your Mac linked to this one account, it sometimes gives you grief.
