Hi Paul, I know exactly what you are experiencing.  I find that once I flick to page 1 exploring around the upper part of the watch screen gets me to the pause and end workout area but if I touch the lower part of the screen I more times than not run into the music starting and stopping

Yes, I have noticed this too when stopping my workouts. It seems if I flick right it moves me to the third screen, but I am not sure exactly what has happened to cause it. Just going to the bottom of the now playing screen and flicking up twice gets me back to the first screen. I like that

Hi, There are generally 3 pages to the workout. Page one has the pause or end etc, page two is your active workout stats, and page 3 is music options. It sounds like maybe your flicking to page 3 instead of to page 1. Try flicking the opposite direction and see if that gets you where you want
