I use both. CCC will do the same basic backup as Time Machine but is
very flexible if you wish to make more focused backups of specific data.
Also creating restore tasks can make restoring easier.
If CCC offers a trial, give it a try.

To avoid confusion, Backspace is a Windows key. Windows uses
