Help with switching Folders in Mail

I am hoping for an efficient way to switch folders in Mail (i.e: switching from inbox to sent, to trash, etc). I am hoping for a command to complete this task. So far, I am going the long way about, that is, either by tabbing to the mailbox folder list or going to the item chooser. Any help is
