Look for id3 Edit. I forget the site name right now but I bought it over a year
ago. You can edit both V1 and V2 tags and note that iTunes only works with ID3
V2 tags.

I just use iTunes, personally. I believe that accessing file information
(cmd-i) for a music file will also let you edit ID3 tags, but I could be wrong
about that.
