The alarm does seem to be a lot quieter since iOS 10 came around. If you're testing with the beta app, find the Feedback app and activate it. You'll have a chance to title your report, choose which category your report falls under, like accessibility, and so on. Then, you'll have a place to

Hi all, I think I’ve discovered a bug in IOS 10.0.1 using Voiceover and the Alarm app. Unfortunately, I ended up sleeping in and missing my bus/train this morning. Can anybody confirm thet the alarm sound drops out or doesn’t play at all when Voiceover is running? I have also tried it with
