Hi,
You likely need to re-sign into the App Store. Press VO-m to go up to the
menubar, arrow right to the Store menu and arrow down to the Sign In item and
re-sign in to the App Store.

I am not able to access the app store. The App Store tabs are dimmed I
cannot activate them. What do I check? Week two of using a mac.
