I am attempting to use Apple's recycling program to get a gift card
for my old iPhone 4, but apple's form for selecting the product seems
unusable with VO. I just hear apple_combo_left.png image and
apple_combo_right.png image. Jaws and Window-Eyes didn't work with
it either. Here is the

Thanks. When I use VO-SHIFT-SPACE to click, it brings the focus to the
information about calling Apple. This is a little jarring and at first made
me think that the mouse was not in the right place...any idea why it's
I have tried from here as well. no joy. I even tried to call the number (1 800
my apple) only to get a busy signal. we may have to call the corporate offices
in california to get any traction on this. e-mails plus a follow-up phone call
from as many people will certainly get their attention.
