I had disabled it before giving back the mac with cmd f5 and did not to my
knowledg change startup option.
I suppose she has restarted it.

Yesterday a friend let me explore her macbook to find out about vo and get a
sense of how I could work with a mac. I had never tried this so started with vo
getting started guide and quick start guide.
Today she called me and aid that the error keys are not working. Is there some
shortcut
has she tried to restart the computer?
is voiceover running?
