I use to use chrome box but stopped as I really didn't like it, but I have
heard about a lot of improvements so am looking to try it out again. Does
anyone have a good list of commands for chromevox or a link to one. Thanks

My mistake if I misunderstand you, but when you use chromevox, you do not use
the standard VO commands or even need to interact with a web page. I would use
safari to look up the Chrome Vox commands to learn how to navigate using
chromevox. It takes some getting used to.

In addition to what Greg mentioned, if you wish to use VO with Chrome, you'll
need to turn ChromeVox off with ctrl-cmd-a-a. The ChromeVox keys are control
and command so as not to confuse them with the VO keys. It does take some
getting used to and I've found that, when using ChromeVox,
