I have done this before. It is a little tricky, but try doing the following to
restore the All Inboxes item to your Favorites Mailboxes list:
1. Using VoiceOver navigation, navigate to your Mailboxes table, and interact.
2. Using VO + LeftArrow, navigate to the Favorites heading label at the
Thanks much! When you say 'o plus right arrow', you mean VO+right arrow?
Thanks!

When your focus is on all inboxes, press the O plus right arrow, or press the
right arrow key, and the individual in boxes will be revealed. Now use down

When I hit
When you are in the mailbox list, below All Inboxes are the individual
mailboxes for each account. Select the one you want and use VO-J to get to the
messages table. You can also use VO-Right Arow, but it will require several

When I hit Command-1, Voiceover says ‘All Inboxes’. I have three email accounts
and I want voiceover gives me the Inbox from one account, not from the other.
How can I have VO do that, please?
Thanks!

Hi all,
I’ve got a late 2014 Mac mini and am still on Montery. Some time ago, I did
something that caused “All Inboxes” to be removed from my Mail favorites bar.
So now, command 1 gives me all drafts, Command 2 gives me all Sent, etc. I have
two mail accounts, and have favorites for each one
If you have three mail accounts set up on your Mac, pressing CMD + 1, should
take you to your All Inbox. This is where you can see mail for all three of
your active accounts, in a combined inbox.

Hi, Group.
I have three email accounts in Mac. I have read that Command+1 takes to Inbox.
My question is:
if I have three email-accounts, which Inbox Command-1 would take me to?
Thanks!
