How do you go about making sure these items are complete erased?
Whenever KI check my phone it still says I have apps or music that I have
deleted on my IPhone. Am I missing something?

Something similar happened on my iPhone 4, 16GB. I wrote to viPhone about it,
and was given instructions to try and install it with iTunes, which, when I got
ready to do, a sync was done, then on the phone, I was allowed to install it.
