I thought it used to be just the letter “q” if you were in the track. But the
problem with that is you need to ensure that your quantizing correctly first I
wouldn’t just quantize a track that could be detramental.

Hello.
Coming to grips with the latest Garage Band in Sierra, I am wondering if
there is a hotkey to immediately quantize a track after recording it.
I have looked through lists of hotkeys but have not found anything so far.
