Donna, Just wondering, but were those mailboxes part of the user account you spoke of deleting earlier? If so, might that be why you cannot recover those older mailboxes, the user account is gone? Just a question from the peanut gallery, Karen On Tue, 18 May 2021, 'Donna Goodin' via

OK, somehow I got them back, but now I have a kabillion mailboxes.. It looks like one of everything is showing for each account. How do I get it back to the view I had before, where everything was streamlined, but with the ability to monitor trash and junk mailboxes when necessary? Yikes!

Hi Jonathan, Ok, I followed these steps and made all of my mailboxes disappear. I have no idea how, and I don't seem to be able to get them back. Now what? Donna > On May 18, 2021, at 1:18 PM, John Panarese wrote: > > Go to your mailbox table and interact. Go up to where it says,

Go to your mailbox table and interact. Go up to where it says, Favorites. There should be an, Add, button there. You might have to interact again, but VO-space on the, Add, button. The dropdown menu should give you the ability to add back the missing mailboxes. Take Care John D. Panarese

Hi all, These mailboxes just don’t seem to have been created, despite the fact that I have deleted messages. The messages I’ve deleted seem to have just vanished, despite the fact that my mail prefs were set not to erase deleted messages for a month. Anyone have any idea what’s up? TIA, Donna
