I downloaded and tested the version of iTunes numbered 8.2.0 and found
that the same bug that existed in 8.1 is presant. Tabbing does not
work to tab between elements as expected.

Did you toggle VoiceOver off and on after you downloaded iTunes
8.2.0? If not, could you try this first and check whether tabbing
works?
