If you have time machine turned on, did you try turning it off? That at least
is easy to do.
Go into system preferences switch to the time machine panel and turn it off.
Then restart the computer run first aid again and see if you can mount the
drive.

I don’t know her, you lie I have read the article but I didn’t get much of it.
I contacted the support and they said the only thing I can do is To arase the
disk.

Here is an article I found on that error. You can do step 2 without booting
into single vser mode, but would probably have to change the parameters on the
fsck command as well as using sudo. Try step 1 if it makes sense to you, and
then seeif you can mount the disk. Also make sure power is avail
I am seeing their physical and logical disk. I ran first aid and it’s completed
successfully, but when I clicked on the mount button I got critical message
that said error 49244.
I will try to contact the support.

Wel, from there you can run "first aid" on the disk. It does show both the
physical and logical disk right? other words 'the 'physical disk should have a
disclosure triangle next to it and give you the 'manufacturers name′ Then the
logical disk will have the name 'of the sector and you should be

I’ve made a mistake. It doesn’t appear in the computer the only way I can see
it, is to go in the disk utilities.

No, it doesn’t have a password. By pressing command plus shift plus C, I can
see the disk, but what can I do?

OK, does the hard drive have a password? If so there is probably a dialog

Secdon thing to do is open the "computer" area of finder and see if the disk is
there. command-shift-C while in the finder should bring you there.
