Hi guys,
A few weeks ago I ran the internet recovery option on my mac and it worked ok
up to the point to where I had to sign into the Apple store to download the os.
When this happened the installer froze up and I could not continue.
A while back I know someone offered up instructions for
Good Day:
When the installer asks you to sign into the app store, you have to use
the Window chooser to access the dialog. I seem to remember that I had to click

Command plus r only runs recovery, but command option plus r from what I
understand runs the option for recovering without the recovery partition. And

late model, it had mountain lion on it. So I had to press something with option

Shift R? Or am I thinking of something else?

Has anyone tried this to see? If so, how did it work for you?

Hi,
What exactly do you mean by Internet Recovery. Do you have a Carbonite backup
or some other Cloud based backup? Not sure on other Cloud backup solutions but
Carbonite does not backup system files so makes it only a partial recovery.
Carbonite along with the Recovery Partition is quite a
I should've been more specific. When you hit command plus option plus are.
That's what I meant by Internet recovery.
