Newby question

Hi list: Pardon the newby question. I'm having all kinds of fun with my Mac Mini. One thing I'm wondering about is, how do you get an application to appear on the dock? I must be missing something, but, I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. Thanks! -- You received this message
