You do not need to use VO + Spacebar, to select a folder or item from the
Sidebar. Once you have navigated to the item, it is selected. Now, just stop
interacting with the Sidebar

You do not need to use VO + Spacebar, to select a folder or item from the
Sidebar. Once you have navigated to the item, it is selected. Now, just stop
interacting with the Sidebar, and navigate to the Folder View area, where you
can interact, and select an item from the folder contents.
BTW
Hello,
The sidebar is a place to store favorite locations and also has quick access to
tags and mounted drives. To actually view something selected in the sidebar,
press VO-J to jump to the main window area of the Finder window.
Also, the keystroke command-2 is a shortcut for list view.
Hi, list.
I am trying to open a file/folder from Finder. I interact with toolbar,
select list view, stop interacting with toolbar, move to sidebar, interact
with it, brouse to my files/folders and hit VO-Spacebar to open it but it
does not open. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks!
