Couple things here. First, if you're in the US, there is no such thing as a legal copy of an encrypted DVD. Software/tools which enable the mere act of breaking the encryption was classified as illegal act by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) which trumps fair use:

Hi That depends. If you are using dual-layer DVDs, you can just burn that folder straight back to a DVD using disk utility, being sure that the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders are at the root of the burned image, i.e. not in a subfolder. If not, and you're wanting to compress the DVD image down
