Well now it does not work for me. It did when I got the keyboard and
set it up. And the FN key also will not change keyboard layout. Need to
investigate this.

VO does not report anything when I try the key combination. I’ve had issues
with this keyboard for other commands, so I’ll chalk it up to another thing I
can’t do with it.

That happened to me with a new keyboard as well but it sorted itself
out. Put it in VO help with VO-k and try it again, see if VO reports the
correct command. Press escape to get out of help mode.
