No. When in iTunes press VO plus m then arrow to the right one time.
VO will announce iTunes. Open any app and do the same. VO will tell you
its the menu for whatever aoo has focus.

It did exactly what it is supposed to. VO-m takes you up to the menubar.
VO-right/left will move you through the various menus available in iTunes, or
whatever app you’re in. Once you find the menu you wish to open, VO-down will
open it and you can VO-up/down/right within the menu items

That didn’t work, I pressed VO M while I was in iTunes and it just opens the
same menu it opens from anywhere. But if I do command comma it opens the
preferences specific to that App.

Petrus,
The menu bar will show menus specific to an app. So use VO plus m in
any app you are in..
