I also heard iPhone SE has a very impressive battery life because the A9 powering the 6S and 6S Plus is what this chip was optimized for. Powering lower res 4inch screen and bigger battery inside the SE might make up for this reasoning. Though it’s not as good as 6S Plus it’s certainly close.

I think it definitely makes a lot of difference for an iPhone 6S Plus or 6 Plus users. I got the 6S Plus for several reasons despite it’s size. It seem to deliver better speaker quality and most importantly that i want to address in this thread, battery. The standby time is what it impressed me
