Hy, Both PDFPen and PDFPenPro for Mac are very accessible. Last time I contacted the developers, they disclosed that their iOS version was not as VO friendly as their Mac version, but they were working on it. In my opinion, it is an excellent PDF app for the Mac. Later... Tim Kilburn
