Do you know whether PDFPen reads French accented letters correctly? Preview
used to do this properly, but in Mojave, it’s completely broken. I tried Skim,
too, but the problem remains.

Both PDFPen and PDFPenPro for Mac are very accessible. Last time I contacted
the developers, they disclosed that their iOS version was not as VO friendly as
their Mac version, but they were working on it. In my opinion, it is an
excellent PDF app for the Mac.
