You only need your left and right aero keys without the shift.

This morning, I was on Youtube and trying to read a heading by character. I
had my Quick Nav on.
I was able to read the heading by word with Option-left-right-arrows,
however, I could not read it by character with shift-right-arrow.
Is shift-right arrow not the command to read text
