It will be in your Applications folder. You can go to the Finder, or to the
Desktop, then VO-m to the menubar, right to the Go menu, then down
nload? Would this appear in Finder?

Yes. In fact, the button will change to “Open” from within the Mac App Store
after the download and installation has completed.

When I download an app from AppStore in iPhone, it is installed when
downloaded and is ready to use.
Is it same in Mac? I mean when I download an app from AppStore, should I
assume that the app is installed when download is complete and the app is
ready to use?
