Sometimes I have to do VO space on the edit field before I turn Quick Nav off.
Or I guess you could interact with the edit field. But no, you can’t just
leave it in Quick Nav and expect not to go flying all over the web page because
it thinks you are giving it commands. Been there done that.

Yes, if you want to move the cursor instead of issuing VoiceOver
