it to let me put oldest first. how can I move to the very top or the very
bottom of the table. I land at various places when I open my mail and just have
to go from wherever I land. also, if I have stopped it in the
Command option up lands me at the top of my mail inbox using standard view.
Conversely, command option down arrow lands me at the bottom. I don't know if
this works in classic view, but it's worth a try.

Hi:
I have Apple mail to sort mail by date, and latest message at bottom of mail
box. This appears to work in my main inbox: however it doesn’t work in sub mail
boxes. For example, the Mac visionaries list has a rule to send all mail from
this list to the Macvisionaries mail box. The last

Perhaps I hit a command by accident, but not sure.
Before, in mail when I would vo left and right arrow, 1 column would be who
the message is from, the next column would be the subject, the next would be
the time.
How do I set that up?

Hi.
I am running Apple Mail and classic view. I am trying to sort the fields. I was
able to do this before, by going into the header list, and then dragging the
fields left or right. But now, when I go to a field and use theVO command to
drag, It says item is not draggable may be hidden by…
As far as I can see this only changes the order of messages not the order of
spoken info by VO.

Hi all,
I am using mail standard view (not classic) and tried to sort column headers
with the ml command VO |. I hear a message saying no sort headers available.
Could anyone let me know how they accomplished this?
Thanks

Hi, Ioana,
I'm wondering if this might work for you as a sort of work-around. Have you
tried going to the view menu and sorting by the various criteria there? You can
sort by subject, etc. This will change the way VO reads the headers.

Teresa

I should have tested my suggested method before I sent it. I could have sworn I
had used it before, but I am mistaken.
Sorry about that,
