I was just wondering if it was possible to somehow transfer my iTunes Windows
library to my Mac. I have an iPod Touch, and I would love to be able to sync it
with my MacBook Pro, as opposed to having to turn on the Windows machine every
time I need to recharge my iPod, or sync new music.

Guess I get to be the bearer of good news today!:) You can very easily
transfer your pc itunes library to your mac. There are actually several ways.
Probably the simplest would be to plug your touch into the Mac. Itunes should
open, or if not, open it.
It should tell you that
I am doing the import method; I'm still doing so, it's not quick for me, but
it's working nicely. I love Home Sharing!
