Speaking of this expression of Mr. Heinlein, if anyone hasn't looked at it lately, Bombich Software no longer offers Carbon Copy Cloner on a voluntary donation basis.
You get to try it for 30 days and buy it if you like it. If you donated before a certain date in July of this year, you can get the 3.5x version registration code sent to you. I am happy to say, "I donated". Now, the price or CCC is $39.95, whereas, the price or Super Duper! is $27.95. Both programs do similar things, but, have different feature sets.
