and do more with the Vocaster II and audio editing etc. I may be outgrowing my

I agree. The 14 inch MacBook Pro with the M3 Max processor would be your best
choice.
The M3 Max is a significant upgrade from the M3 Pro, and starts out with 36 GB
of RAM.
I think this should meet your needs both now and for years to come.
