Hey., all. I am trying to access files on the family iMac using a Windows laptop. I can't seem to connect, however, even when I enter in the correct information. Likewise, I cn't seem to connect form the Mac to the Windows computer to transfer stuff. How do I do this? Jane

Might want to just turn on SMB file sharing so you can mount your Mac's hard drive on your windows box. Specific steps vary depending on what flavor of OSX you are on. In the end, from your windows box you map a network drive and use \\your_mac_ip_address\your_mac_login_shortname as the
