Hi Mark,
Perhaps I wasn't holding down the VO keys long enough, because it has started
to work each time I wish to access the Menu, so I think I'm good to go again.

Well, here's a weird one. I have an iMac running Mountain Lion. It was
purchased in March of this year. When I select one of the Menu Extras and try
