Have you tried selecting Continuous reading in the View menu? I think the short
cut is Cmd-1.

Hello Alex,
I don’t think it’s available for mail attachments if the only menu that shows
up is the Mail menu.

that in mail attachment previews? As far as I know, the menus there are still
for Mail, not Preview, so I'm not sure how that would work.
