Um, I have no clue where to find this and I know I've turned it off, but where
do I go to get my webcam to come back on?
Maybe I've just had a stressful week, but help help, please!

I'm not sure how you actually turned it off. Usually, turning the iSight
camera off in one app does not affect its status in other apps. I believe that
it is off by default when in Skype and you need to click the camera on button.
In ichat, you can turn it on and off via the video menu.
