Try cmd-shift-a to force it. El Cap isn't High Sierra, but Apple often brings
Safari features to older macOS versions. I'm wondering if they took the new
restriction on auto-fill and put it in Safari so all supported macOS releases
would get it.

Okay,
I’m using Elcapitan. For some weird reason, when ever I go to a web site that
requires a user name and password, it is not filled in as it normally should be
and used to be. I double checked and auto fill is active on the passwords tab.
Does this no longer work or is there some
