I don't know, but your problem is a common one. Here's how to get around it. 1.) Rely on some kind of USB audio device during installation. USB headphones will work, or a USB speaker. 2.) After installation update your Bootcamp drivers for Windows. hth Janina 'Rob' via MacVisionaries

the only thing you forgot to tell us, is what model your Mac is this? Because the Boot Camp drivers are different for each model year. For instance I have the same Windows version the SU drew, but I am running a mid-2015 MacBook with Retina display. So the drivers that I use, may not work for
