Hi Ioana,
1. search for "iCal Events" on the internet and download the widget file. It
might be necessary to unzip it.
2. Copy the file - it's just one - to the folder: Macintosh HD/Libraries/Widgets
That's all.
All the best

Hi,
all I know is the name of the widget: iCal Event
When I open it in Dashboard I can set it in the info section to show maximum
events for the next 14 days. There's no grid in my version. It says the date
and then the events on that day. I use it in Lion.

Hi Ioana &list,
How do you get ical to display a certain date like for instance Wednesday the
9th of november or there about.
Sometimes I half to find out what actual day of the week a event took place to

Hi,
I looked at dashboard and found a ical widget but after clicking view
upcoming events I got a grid with days of current month with a link saying no
events for today. Is this the widget you were talking about? IF not, could you
tell me where and how to get it?
Thanks very much!

Hi Ioana,
to get a list of upcoming events is not possible in iCal. I use the Dashboard
widget "iCal Event" for that purpose.

Hi:
Yes, you will hear the alerts. You can browse by day, week, and month. You will
hear if each day has an event, and you can interact for more info.

HI all,
I looked on the internet for a guide to use ical with vo and found some good
info but no answer to my question about seeing something like a list of events
like on the iphone.
Also, if I am not in ical and working in an other app, will I hear the alerts?
Thanks,
Ioana
