Yes, you can cancel. But you’re not going to get a refund of the remaining
money on your subscription. At least if you do, that would be a unique
experience in iTunes.

Mary,
When I subscribed, they said you could cancel at any time. don't know if
that's true with the new pricing, but it used to be.

Well, since the subscription is for year, if you re-up, you’re stuck for a
year. I wouldn’t necessarily unsubscribe if I got A positive response from them
that in the next update, voiceover fixes would be made. I’d be willing to give
them the benefit of the doubt once. But if I hear absolutely
I don't blame you. As I wrote in my message, if i can't use it, there's
certainly no point in paying for it. I didn't put a date on it, but I did say
that if the app wasn't made accessible, I would unsubscribe.
Hopefully they'll fix it.

Thanks, Donna. I will send them feedback and give them a few days to respond.
If I haven’t heard something by November 29, the day before my subscription
renews, I’m getting out. Too bad, because I love Hallmark films.

Hi all,
For anyone who wishes to do so, the email address to send feedback regarding
the lack of accessibility in the Hallmark app is supp...@hmnow.com.
Best,
Donna
