I'm not efficent in that area as I don't use it all that much but you can set a
hotspot to let's say go to a table and when you wan tto return there you hit vo
plus what ever the number is. Maybe someone else can be a bit more clear as I
don't make use of the feature.

To set a hotspot, use VO shift and a numerical. It will memorize where your vo
cursor is.
When you want to get back to it after having switched windows, gone to another
app or whatever, vo and the numerical you used to bind the hotspot.
