I am confused what did this have to do with the PDF pen
Can’t people change the subject line it is funny they can write a page long
email but can’t take 15 seconds to change the subject line

you to print it out, and then get a reader to help you fill it out. I have had
that happen with some medical forms I've done.

Most of the accessible ones I have encountered were done by some government
outfit like IRS or the state, or an organization that
its from the form for the school for the cane dog, here in italy, maybe i just
print it out since that's recommended too.
