I am really interested in knowing a little more about Apple Script. I am a Mac
user 2 years ago, but I have not developed any skills with it. Is there
something where I can learn about Apple script, for what could we use it and

Are you talking about BASH scripting? They can also be written in any editor
and run through Terminal, and in fact I use an exercise interval timer written
