Hi yet again: Since the software update finally took, I'm now finding both change password and universal access. Not sure why it took the update to bring that up. But, thankfully it's there now.:)
Sarai: it might be that if you plug into iTunes, and update that software you'll also have better luck.:) Ok, off the Mac and onto the iPad for a bit.
