Perhaps I misunderstood Lorie’s issue. I thought she was attempting to access her Gmail via the web portal using Safari. I’ve never needed to repeatedly sign into my Google account through Internet Accounts in System Preferences on any of my Macs. I guess I’ve been lucky in this regard. - Brad

Sounds like this is a Safari issue and not an issue with Internet Accounts. You may want to go into Safari preferences, then select the Passwords button in the toolbar and see if your Google password has been saved in the list. If not, you may be able to add it to the list. - Brad - On May

I have been getting prompts like that for 6-12 months for all my accounts in Internet accounts. For me this only happens when I put the computer to sleep rather than logging out. And also, usually once my keychain is fully unlocked on both Mac and iCloud the other accounts usually work
