Hi,
1. In iTunes, create a playlist and name it “My Shuffle” or something else
meaningful to you.
2. Place all the music you want on your Shuffle into that playlist.
3. Plug in your Shuffle to your Mac.
4. Select it from within iTunes.
5. Select the Music tab.
6. Make sure Sync All Music
