If the iPhone can be updated to iOS 11, turn the rotor to actions whilst on the
home screen. Use the single-finger vertical flick to edit mode and double-tap.
This performs the same function as the double-tap and hold gesture.

The Actions menu is accessed when you have done the double tap and
hold and you hear the tones and the Start Editing message. Swipe up or
down for the options, one of which is the drag and drop.
